CHLOE HARVEY
I had been working with Your Critter Sitter for almost two years when Heather and Hannah decided that it was time for them to retire and settle down in country Victoria. By that time I had formed such a strong bond with all our four legged clients, I couldn’t bare see the company move into the hands of a stranger, so i took the leap and became a first time small businss owner.
But rest assured, with almost two decades of experience in the Animal Care field under my belt, these critters couldnt be in more capable hands.
I was born into a family of animal lovers. You name it, I probably had it as a pet growing up. Fish, turtles, birds, mice, guinea pigs, hamsters, sheep, cats, dogs, horses, i had them all! But above all, I’m mostly a crazy dog lady.
My work experience starts way back, almost two decades, in QLD at the RSPCA, where i worked as a Kennel Attendant. I then moved to Toronto, Canada, where i experienced a doggy daycare for the very first time. Actually, it was Toronto’s original doggy daycare.
I then moved west, to Vancouver Canada, continuing my work in doggy daycares and later working as a Veterinry Office Assisant. My final year in Canada, I was given the opportunity to work, and train, as a Canine Hydrotherapy Assistant.
I returned home to QLD in October 2017, moved to the beautiful city of Sydney in Januray 2018, and by March I was Your Critter Sitters newest dog walker. Two years later, Your Critter Sitter would become my own.
Newly certified in Canine Conditioning and Fitness, and currently working towards my Canine Remedial Massage certification, my goal is to make Your Critter Sitter a home of canine wellness.
Very proud to also be a Fear Free certified professional.
